Why Your "Lion Mentality" Is Actually Blocking Christ's Incarnation: The Mystery of Soul Salvation

Meta Description: Are you manifesting the King or just a religious roar? Discover the hidden mystery of why being "In Christ" is not enough to save your soul today.

The Great Spiritual Paradox of The Modern Church

Class, gather 'round and listen with your spirit. There is a "holy" deception sweeping through our churches today, and it is hiding behind a roar. We see it every Sunday: preachers pacing the stage like caged predators, shouting at their flock, mistifying themselves as untouchable spirits, and venerating their own egos as if they were God Himself.

They claim that because the "Lion of the Tribe of Judah" lives in them, they must naturally be aggressive, loud, and unyielding. But here is the eye-opening truth that will shake your theological foundation: A roar does not equal anointing. In fact, for many, that "roar" is the sound of an unsaved soul. Today, we are uncovering the mystery of why so many are "In Christ," yet Christ is nowhere to be found in their daily behavior.

The Mystery of the Borrowed Body: What is Incarnation?

Let’s start with a definition that will change how you look in the mirror. Incarnation isn't just a Christmas story about a baby in a manger. It is a functional spiritual law. It means a Spirit borrowing a body to manifest on earth.

When you were born again, your spirit became one with God. You were legally placed "In Christ." But here is the hook: Being in a house doesn't mean you own the furniture.

Revelational Question: If my spirit is saved, why am I still so angry and quick to retaliate?

The Answer: Because while your spirit is saved, your soul (your mind, will, and emotions) is still undergoing "Reconstruction." This is the process of Soul Salvation. This process brings Christ to incarnate you, manifesting through your spirit to govern your soul and expressing His will through your body.

Note: The body is the last to be saved during the return of Christ—transitioning from mortality to immortality. This is what the scholars call Glorification.

The Elijah Complex: Why We Prefer Fire Over Fruit

Why do modern preachers act more like Elijah calling down fire than Jesus washing feet? It’s because the "Elijah Complex" appeals to the ego. It’s much easier to "roar" and inflict fear on a flock than it is to allow the Spirit to crush your pride.

The "Lion" Deception Exposed

Many leaders today use the "Lion" as a license to be bullies. But look at the pattern of the Master:

  • The Lion is for the gates of Hell and the principalities of darkness.
  • The Lamb is for the weary, the broken, and the sheep of the pasture.

Wait, here is the clickbait truth you won’t hear in a mega-church: A real lion has no time to make unnecessary noise. He roars in dominion and glory after the victory is won. The Lion of Judah is gentle yet powerful. If a man cannot receive an insult without "roaring" back in anger, he isn't manifesting the Lion; he’s manifesting a demon-possessed temperament under a religious cloak.

The Anatomy of a Saved Spirit vs. an Unsaved Soul

This is the hidden truth: You can be a "General in the Faith" with a perfectly saved spirit, but if your soul hasn't been reconstructed, you are a spiritual infant in a suit.

Student Question: Can my spirit be saved as I accept Jesus, yet my soul remains unsaved?

Teacher's Answer: Yes! The salvation of the soul is a progressive walk with the Lord until Christ is formed in you (Galatians 4:19).

Student Question: What about the thief on the cross? Does this mean his soul wasn't saved and he won't enter the Kingdom?

Eschatological Clarification: Great question! In an eschatological view, the thief received Spirit Salvation instantly, granting him entrance into Paradise. However, he missed the opportunity for Soul Salvation—the reward of having Christ "formed" and manifested through his life on earth. He enters the Kingdom, but without the "reconstruction" that allows a believer to rule and reign with Christ.

Are You a Vessel or a Victim of Your Temperament?

In our day-to-day church life, the world is looking for the manifestation of the sons of God. They don't need to see "you" trying to be a better person; they need to see a body that has been "borrowed" by the Prince of Peace.

  • In the Boardroom: Does Christ borrow your mind to give wisdom, or does your ego borrow your mouth to "roar" for respect?
  • In Conflict: When someone "spits" on your reputation, do you react with "Elijah fire," or do you manifest the Gentleness of the Dove?

Revelational Question: Does having authority mean I have to act like a beast?

The Answer: Never. We aren't teaching against Authoritative Prayer. We believe in rebuking demons! But we are teaching against ministers behaving like the very demons they claim to cast out—lordly, mystical, and destructive to the flock.

The Modern Leader's Call: Stop Roaring, Start Yielding

The modern church is at a crossroads. We have enough "Lions" who are really just scared men in pulpits. What we need are Incarnated Sons and Daughters—people who have allowed their souls to be so reconstructed that their unique personality becomes the "suit" that the lowly and gentle Saviour wears.

The "Squeeze" Test: The next time life "squeezes" you, pay attention to what comes out. If it’s a roar of retaliation, your soul still needs saving. If it’s the peace of Christ, the King has finally been formed.

The End of Religious Bullying

We must stop masquerading our lack of self-control as "the Lion of Judah." It’s time to grow up. It’s time to move from being merely "In Christ" to allowing Christ to finally be "In Us"—ruling our tempers, our tongues, and our lives.

Which area of your "personality" has been refusing to let Christ take over? Let’s talk about the beauty of the "lowly and gentle" life in the comments below.
